Skate Park Information & Rules
The Skate Park includes a half pipe, quarter pipe, spine ramp, fun box, picnic table, grind rail, flow bowl and pool. The following Skate Park rules are strictly enforced.
PLEASE NOTE: The Skate Park at the Recreation and Sports Complex is getting some much needed resurfacing to repair cracks and spalling. The layout and obstacles are not changing. The work is to begin Monday, March 23, 2026 and will take approximately 6-7 weeks. During this time, the skate park will be closed to the public. Thank you for your patience while we work to improve our facilities!
Safety Equipment
Supervision is not provided. This facility is used by experienced and inexperienced skateboarders, bikers, and in-line skaters. Serious injury may result from falling or colliding with other users, the surface, or equipment. The township does not assume any responsibility for injuries.
Wearing a helmet and other protective gear is strongly recommended including knee pads, elbow pads, wrist and ankle protection, shirts, and rubber-soled soles. Do not use the park if hazardous or wet conditions exist.

Emergency situations should be reported to 724-695-7777 or 911 immediately. For assistance also call 724-695-7777.
This Skate Park is designed for skateboarders, BMX bikes, and in-line skaters. Ride safely and in control. Please respect others and work together to ensure everyone has fun.
Rules
- Bikes with "pegs" are prohibited in the concrete bowl area.
- Spectators are to remain outside the skating areas, behind the fence.
- Graffiti, vandalism, or swearing are not permitted.
- Ramps, pipes, and other equipment or obstacles cannot be brought into the Skate Park.
- Alcohol, drugs, tobacco products and glass containers are not permitted.
- Loud music or offensive music is prohibited.
- Food and drink are not permitted.
- Dispose of all trash and debris properly.
- Motorized vehicles are not permitted - including Remote Controlled Cars
- Children under 6 years of age not permitted. Children 6-10 years of age permitted with parental supervision only.
Our Rights
Findlay Township reserves the right to do the following:
- Close the skate park for any circumstance deemed necessary.
- Restrict use of the skate park and/or require persons to leave the facility or suspend individuals if any of the rules are not followed.
Violation of Rules
- First time is a warning
- Second time, lifetime ban from park
Spring / Summer Hours
* Spring and Summer Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 11 p.m. Daily (Began April 1)
* Winter Park Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 9 p.m. Daily (Will begin November 1)
