Senior Yoga and Qi Gong

Come join us for mixed yoga and Qi Gong.  

The gentle stretches and energy flow are sure to fuel the inner fire.   

Some stretches and flow will be performed from a chair or seated on the ground, some standing.  This class will offer mixed levels for all participants and is great for older adults.   Feel free to bring a friend or neighbor.
