            Hearing No. 21-18: Dave & Nicole Eaton are requesting a Use Variance from Section 117.402.1 of the Zoning Ordinance to construct mini-warehouse (self-storage) units at 85 Crescent Drive, Clinton, PA, within the Village District (VLD) Zoning District.

 

NEW CASES:

             

            Hearing No. 21-20: Aimee & James Bungard are requesting a Setback Variance from Section 117.316.2.2 of the Zoning Ordinance to construct a storage structure 6.5 feet away from the northern sideyard at 16 Patterson Lane, Imperial, PA within the Agricultural (AG) Zoning District.
