Hearing No. 21-12:     Amazon/Accel Sign Group is requesting a Sign Variance from Section 117.315.5.1.1 of the Zoning Ordinance to construct two wall signs with a total of 433.5 SF and a waiver from Section 117.315.5.1.2.2  to construct a 104 SF ground sign at 17 William Drive, Imperial, PA, within the Light Industrial (LI) Zoning District.

Hearing No. 21-13: Buncher/Wabtech is requesting a Sign Variance from Section 117.315.5.1.1 of the Zoning Ordinance for a 449 SF wall sign at 1300 Clinton Road, Clinton, PA, within the Business Park (BPK) Zoning District.
