About the Municipal Authority
The Findlay Township Water Authority was incorporated in 1954 as an authority under the Municipalities Authority Act and became the Municipal Authority in June, 2002. The Municipal Authority acts independently of the Board of Supervisors, however, the 5 members of the Municipal Authority Board are appointed by the supervisors to 4 or 5 year terms.
